Responsibilities
- Lead Design & Development: Spearhead the architecture and design of complex PCB layouts, power conversion circuits, and embedded systems.
- Prototyping & Testing: Develop and validate hardware prototypes, conducting rigorous testing to ensure reliability, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards (UL, IEEE, IEC).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with firmware engineers, mechanical designers, and project managers to integrate hardware seamlessly into larger product ecosystems.
- Compliance & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including schematics, BOMs, and design for manufacturability (DFM) reports.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the R&D department.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE) required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in electrical design, with a focus on power electronics or embedded systems.
- Tools: Proficiency in CAD tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD Electrical.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of analog and digital circuit design, signal integrity, and thermal management.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
