  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring technical specifications meet rigorous industry standards and client requirements.
  • Mentor junior engineering staff, providing technical oversight and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with utility providers and regulatory bodies to secure necessary permits and grid connection agreements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from an ABET-accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in electrical power systems design.
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Texas (or ability to obtain via comity).
  • Expert-level proficiency with AutoCAD and power system simulation software (ETAP, SKM, or EasyPower).
  • In-depth knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC), IEEE, and NFPA 70E standards.
