Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of electrical power systems, including distribution, control, and protection.
- Conduct thorough load calculations, short-circuit studies, and arc flash hazard analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Review and approve submittals, shop drawings, and construction documents for compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex engineering problems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in electrical design and project management.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as ETAP, AutoCAD Electrical, or MATLAB/Simulink.
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local building codes.
