In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical engineering and practical application, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of efficiency and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of complex electrical systems, from schematic capture to PCB layout.
- Conduct rigorous simulation and testing to validate circuit performance under various load conditions.
- Ensure all designs comply with international safety standards (UL, CE, IEC) and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers and firmware developers, to integrate hardware seamlessly.
- Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Document technical specifications, design reviews, and test protocols to support manufacturing and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in power electronics and circuit design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard EDA tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence, or OrCAD.
- Strong understanding of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and signal integrity.
- Experience with project management methodologies (PMP preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
