Responsibilities
- Design, simulate, and prototype high-voltage power conversion systems.
- Lead cross-functional design reviews to ensure electrical performance and safety standards.
- Oversee PCB layout and schematic capture for complex industrial control systems.
- Perform comprehensive circuit analysis and stress testing to ensure design reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in documentation and testing.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to oversee NPI (New Product Introduction) cycles.
- Ensure full compliance with industry regulatory standards including UL, CE, and IEEE.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in power electronics or hardware design.
- Expertise in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar EDA tools.
- Proven track record in PCB design for high-power, high-density applications.
- In-depth knowledge of control theory and digital signal processing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license is considered a significant asset.
