Responsibilities
- Design & Analysis: Lead the design and analysis of complex electrical power systems, including generation, transmission, and distribution networks.
- Project Leadership: Manage project lifecycles from concept through deployment, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Technical Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to strict industry standards (IEEE, NEC) and safety regulations.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, project management, and external stakeholders to integrate innovative solutions.
- Documentation: Develop comprehensive technical documentation, schematics, and reports for client presentations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in power systems engineering and renewable energy integration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVSyst, MATLAB, or similar simulation tools.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex engineering challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
