Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Lead the design and development of high-voltage analog and digital circuits, power supplies, and motor control systems.
- Simulation: Utilize industry-standard tools like LTspice and MATLAB to simulate circuit performance and optimize efficiency.
- Prototyping: Oversee the prototyping phase, including PCB layout reviews and testing of printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in circuit design and signal integrity.
- Testing & Validation: Develop test plans, perform rigorous validation testing, and troubleshoot hardware issues to ensure product reliability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with firmware engineers and product managers to integrate hardware seamlessly into the overall system architecture.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EE), Electronics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical hardware design, preferably in consumer electronics or power management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EDA tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence OrCAD, or KiCad.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of power electronics, MOSFETs, Op-Amps, and signal integrity.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
