Responsibilities
- Design, simulate, and validate complex power electronic circuits and systems.
- Lead the architectural design of high-voltage DC/DC converters and battery management systems.
- Conduct thorough feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analysis for new projects.
- Collaborate closely with mechanical and firmware engineers to ensure system integration.
- Ensure all designs comply with strict industry standards (IEEE, IEC, UL) and safety regulations.
- Oversee the testing phase, including bench testing, EMC compliance, and reliability testing.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training sessions within the department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in power electronics and embedded systems.
- Proficient in using simulation tools such as PSpice, LTSpice, or MATLAB/Simulink.
- Strong hands-on experience with CAD tools (AutoCAD, Altium Designer).
- Deep understanding of renewable energy technologies and grid integration.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to work in cross-functional agile teams.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
