Responsibilities
- Design and validate complex electrical control systems for high-performance industrial machinery.
- Develop detailed schematics and PCB layouts while ensuring compliance with NEC and IEC standards.
- Lead thermal analysis and power integrity simulations to ensure long-term hardware reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous design reviews to maintain engineering excellence.
- Oversee the lifecycle of electrical hardware from initial prototyping to large-scale mass production.
- Collaborate with firmware and mechanical engineering departments for seamless system integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system-level electrical failures during the testing phase.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in circuit design and power systems.
- Advanced proficiency in EDA tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or OrCAD.
- Strong understanding of AC/DC power conversion, motor control, and digital signal processing.
- Proven track record of taking complex electrical products from concept to market.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on DFM (Design for Manufacturing) principles.
- PE (Professional Engineer) license is considered a significant asset.
