Responsibilities
- Lead System Design: Architect complex electrical systems and power distribution networks, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
- PCB Development: Design and optimize high-density Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) using industry-standard EDA tools.
- Testing & Validation: Develop comprehensive test plans, conduct bench testing, and perform failure analysis to ensure product compliance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs meet relevant safety standards (UL, CE, FCC) and industry regulations.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, review schematics, and provide technical guidance to the product development team.
- Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, including schematics, BOMs, design reports, and user manuals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in electrical system design, power electronics, or embedded systems.
- Tools: Proficiency in EDA software such as Altium Designer, Cadence OrCAD, or Eagle.
- Programming: Strong understanding of C/C++ and familiarity with microcontrollers (e.g., ARM Cortex, STM32, Arduino).
- Power Systems: Experience with DC/DC converters, inverters, or motor control systems is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
