Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex power distribution systems and high-voltage hardware architectures.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the full product development lifecycle from concept to mass production.
- Perform rigorous EMI/EMC testing, signal integrity analysis, and regulatory compliance validation.
- Architect advanced PCB layouts with a focus on high-speed signal integrity and thermal management.
- Collaborate with global manufacturing partners to optimize DFM (Design for Manufacturing) processes.
- Mentor junior engineering staff and drive internal technical design review standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in power electronics or hardware engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar EDA toolsets.
- Hands-on experience with analog/digital circuit simulation using LTSpice or MATLAB/Simulink.
- Demonstrated history of successful product launches in the consumer electronics or automotive sectors.
- Deep understanding of safety standards such as UL, CE, and IEC.
