Responsibilities
- Lead the design and simulation of high-efficiency DC-DC and DC-AC power converters.
- Develop and validate hardware prototypes, including PCB layout and schematic design.
- Conduct rigorous testing and reliability analysis on power systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Optimize system performance for thermal management and power density.
Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in power system design, preferably in automotive or industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice) and CAD software (Altium, Cadence).
- Strong understanding of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
