Responsibilities
- Design, simulate, and develop high-efficiency power converter circuits (AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC) for various applications.
- Lead the full product life cycle from concept to mass production, including schematic capture, PCB layout guidance, and BOM generation.
- Perform extensive testing, debugging, and validation of power electronics designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and performance specifications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, firmware, and software engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical reviews, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for performance, reliability, and safety of power systems.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in power electronics to drive innovation within the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in power electronics design and development.
- Proven expertise with various power conversion topologies (e.g., resonant converters, PFC, isolated/non-isolated DC/DC).
- Proficiency in power electronics simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, LTSpice).
- Strong experience with PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, Cadence Allegro).
- Demonstrated ability to perform hardware bring-up, debug, and troubleshoot complex power circuits.
- Familiarity with EMI/EMC design principles and testing.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
