Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, simulation, and validation of complex analog and digital circuits for next-generation products.
  • Develop detailed schematics, PCB layouts, and collaborate with layout engineers to optimize for performance, manufacturability, and cost.
  • Perform signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC analysis to ensure robust and reliable system operation.
  • Select and evaluate critical electronic components, managing BOMs and engaging with suppliers.
  • Conduct rigorous testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of prototypes and production hardware.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with firmware, mechanical, and software engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Document design specifications, test plans, and verification reports meticulously.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in complex hardware design and development.
  • Proven expertise in schematic capture (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCad) and PCB layout principles.
  • Strong understanding of high-speed digital design, signal integrity, power electronics, and mixed-signal circuits.
  • Proficiency with simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, Ansys SIwave/HFSS).
  • Experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, FPGAs, and related peripherals.
