Responsibilities

- Lead hardware validation testing and performance analysis of power electronics components
- Develop comprehensive schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Designer and Cadence tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and software systems
- Research and implement innovative solutions for power efficiency and reliability challenges
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to maintain design excellence
- Ensure compliance with IEEE, NEC, and international safety standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Expertise in power electronics, motor drives, and high-voltage systems design
- Proficiency in simulation tools (MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS) and PCB design software
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex electrical systems issues
- Experience with embedded systems programming (C/C++) and firmware integration
- Proven track record of delivering projects from concept to production
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility
- Knowledge of energy storage systems and grid-tied inverters
