Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical systems, including PCB schematics and layouts, ensuring high reliability and manufacturability.
- Lead the design and verification of embedded firmware architectures using microcontrollers and FPGAs.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and validation of prototypes to meet stringent performance specifications.
- Collaborate with manufacturing partners to ensure quality control and troubleshoot production issues.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to foster a culture of excellence.
- Ensure all hardware designs comply with industry standards (e.g., FCC, UL) and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in hardware design, PCB layout, and embedded systems.
- Proficiency in industry-standard EDA tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence OrCAD, or Mentor Graphics.
- Strong knowledge of signal integrity, power electronics, and RF circuit design.
- Experience with microcontroller programming (ARM, Cortex-M) and C/C++.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agile environment.
