Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance PCB layouts using Altium Designer and Cadence.
- Lead the hardware architecture definition for new product introductions (NPI).
- Collaborate with firmware engineers to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software.
- Conduct rigorous testing, including thermal analysis and signal integrity verification.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on complex circuit designs.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to mass production.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in hardware design, specifically in consumer electronics or IoT.
- Proficiency in analog and digital circuit design.
- Experience with microcontrollers (ARM, STM32) and wireless communication protocols (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Zigbee).
- Strong knowledge of EMI/EMC compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
