Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance analog and digital circuitry for power conversion systems.
- Lead the PCB design process from schematic capture to layout, ensuring manufacturability and compliance with IPC standards.
- Conduct thorough circuit analysis, simulation, and testing to validate product performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams (firmware, mechanical, and product management).
- Manage the full hardware development lifecycle, including BOM management, prototyping, and mass production transition.
- Ensure all designs meet regulatory requirements and industry safety standards (UL, CE, FCC).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in hardware design, with a strong focus on power electronics.
- Proficiency in EDA tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence OrCAD/Allegro, or KiCad.
- Deep understanding of analog circuit design, power topology (AC/DC, DC/DC), and signal integrity.
- Experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, and sensor interfaces.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware issues.
