Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of high-performance PCBs, from schematic capture to final layout and manufacturing.
- Define and implement complex electrical architectures for embedded systems and IoT devices.
- Conduct rigorous testing, validation, and reliability analysis to ensure product compliance with industry standards (IEC, UL, FCC).
- Collaborate closely with firmware engineers and mechanical designers to optimize system integration and thermal management.
- Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Manage the full product development lifecycle, including prototyping, debugging, and production ramp-up.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in hardware design and embedded systems.
- Proficiency in industry-standard EDA tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence OrCAD, or PADS.
- Strong working knowledge of microcontroller architectures (ARM Cortex, MSP430, etc.) and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, CAN, USB).
- Experience with signal integrity analysis and power management design.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex analog and digital circuit issues with a systematic approach.
