Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of complex PCB schematics and layouts using industry-standard tools (Altium Designer, Cadence).
- Conduct thorough circuit analysis, simulation, and testing to validate performance against specifications.
- Define and execute verification plans for electronics, ensuring compliance with IEC, UL, and FCC standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (firmware, mechanical, manufacturing) to resolve integration issues.
- Mentor and guide junior electrical engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce BOM costs and enhance manufacturability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in hardware design and PCB development.
- Strong proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout software.
- Deep understanding of analog and digital circuit design, power electronics, and signal integrity.
- Experience with embedded systems development and microcontroller interfacing.
- Proven track record of successfully taking products from prototype to mass production.
