Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex electrical schematics and PCB layouts using industry-standard tools (Altium Designer, KiCad).
- Oversee the entire hardware development lifecycle, including prototyping, testing, and validation.
- Analyze and troubleshoot circuit failures to optimize performance and yield.
- Collaborate with firmware engineers to integrate hardware with software systems.
- Conduct technical reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements (FCC, CE).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in hardware design and embedded systems.
- Strong proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools.
- Experience with power electronics, analog/digital circuit design, and microcontrollers.
- Ability to read and interpret complex datasheets and technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
