Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of electrical system design, from concept and schematic capture to PCB layout and manufacturing.
- Ensure all designs adhere to strict industry standards, including IEEE, IEC, and UL safety regulations.
- Conduct thorough testing, validation, and troubleshooting of prototypes to optimize performance and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with firmware and mechanical engineers to integrate systems seamlessly.
- Mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Drive cost-reduction initiatives and innovation in component selection and circuit architecture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware design and development.
- Proficient in EDA tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence OrCAD, or Eagle.
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, signal integrity, and power electronics.
- Familiarity with embedded systems, microcontrollers, and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
