Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of electrical systems, including power distribution, motor control, and control logic.
- Conduct detailed circuit analysis and simulation using industry-standard software tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of mechanical and software engineers to integrate electrical components into larger systems.
- Oversee the testing and validation of prototypes to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, schematics, and BOMs (Bill of Materials).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in electrical design and systems integration.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, EPLAN) and simulation software (MATLAB, PSpice).
- Strong understanding of NEC codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
- Proven track record of working in agile development environments.
