Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test complex analog and digital circuit boards for high-performance power systems.
- Lead the end-to-end PCB layout process using Altium Designer, ensuring compliance with EMC/EMI standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with software, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product integration.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including prototyping, debugging, and design validation.
- Perform detailed simulations using MATLAB and SPICE to optimize power electronics and signal integrity.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in electrical design.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous innovation in our product lines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in electrical hardware design and power electronics.
- Expert proficiency in EDA tools, specifically Altium Designer.
- Strong understanding of power conversion topologies, analog circuit design, and microcontroller interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex hardware issues down to the component level.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
