Responsibilities
- Design and validate complex power electronics systems for renewable energy integration
- Lead PCB layout and schematic development for high-reliability embedded systems
- Conduct electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance analysis
- Mentor junior engineers and cross-functional teams on electrical best practices
- Develop firmware interfaces for hardware-software integration
- Optimize system performance through thermal and signal integrity analysis
- Drive innovation in energy storage and power distribution solutions
Qualifications
- M.S. in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of industry experience
- Expertise in Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro for PCB design
- Proven track record with power electronics (switch-mode power supplies, inverters)
- Strong analytical skills using MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling
- Familiarity with ISO 26262 functional safety standards
- Experience with embedded C programming and RTOS integration
- Certification in Six Sigma or project management preferred
