Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of electrical systems for renewable energy projects
- Develop PCB layouts and firmware for IoT-enabled smart grid devices
- Conduct power analysis and simulation using industry-standard tools (PSpice, MATLAB)
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in engineering processes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate technical requirements into scalable solutions
- Ensure compliance with IEEE standards and safety regulations (NFPA 70E)
- Present technical findings to stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in power systems or renewable energy
- Proficiency in Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro
- Strong knowledge of embedded C/C++ and microcontroller architecture
- Certification in Power Systems Engineering (IEEE or equivalent)
- Experience with 3-phase power distribution and grid-tied inverters
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from concept to deployment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
