Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-voltage electrical systems for renewable energy infrastructure
- Lead PCB layout, schematic capture, and component selection for power electronics
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of prototypes in compliance with industry standards
- Mentor junior engineers and facilitate cross-functional collaboration with mechanical and software teams
- Perform thermal analysis and reliability testing for power distribution components
- Document engineering processes and create detailed technical documentation
- Stay current with emerging technologies in power electronics and energy storage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics design and validation
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar EDA tools
- Strong knowledge of IEEE standards and safety regulations for electrical systems
- Experience with embedded systems programming (C/C++) and microcontrollers
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept to production
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with ability to present technical concepts clearly
