Responsibilities
- Design and optimize complex PCB layouts for high-speed digital and analog circuits
- Develop firmware interfaces for embedded systems using C/C++
- Lead prototype testing and validation of electrical components
- Perform signal integrity analysis and EMI/EMC compliance testing
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on system integration challenges
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in PCB design and embedded systems
- Proficiency with Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro
- Strong knowledge of power electronics and motor control systems
- Experience with FPGA/ASIC design methodologies
- Certification in IPC-2221 or equivalent PCB standards
- Proven track record in bringing products from concept to production
