Responsibilities
- Design and oversee complex infrastructure projects including highways, bridges, and water systems
- Lead multidisciplinary teams from concept through completion, ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Conduct advanced structural analysis using industry-leading software like AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Manage client relationships, budgets, and project timelines with precision

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience with P.E. license
- Expertise in structural analysis, transportation planning, and hydraulic systems
- Proven track record managing projects over $10M
- Advanced proficiency in BIM/CIM technologies and project management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to solve complex engineering challenges
- LEED AP certification highly desirable
