Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems for next-gen aerospace vehicles
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of high-voltage power systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate electrical components
- Optimize PCB layouts and circuit designs for performance/reliability
- Ensure compliance with FAA and international aerospace standards
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace or high-reliability systems
- Expertise in power electronics, motor drives, and EMF analysis
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Altium Designer, and MATLAB/Simulink
- Strong knowledge of IPC-2221/IPC-2222 PCB design standards
- Experience with DO-160 environmental testing protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and project leadership skills
