Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end electrical design, from concept to prototyping and production
- Develop and optimize PCB layouts using industry-standard CAD tools
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of electronic systems
- Collaborate with firmware and mechanical engineering teams
- Research and integrate emerging technologies into product designs
- Document technical specifications and create design documentation
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in electronic product development
- Expertise in high-speed digital and analog circuit design
- Proficiency with PCB design tools (Altium, Cadence, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of EMC/EMI compliance standards
- Experience with power electronics and embedded systems
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills in complex technical challenges
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
