Responsibilities
- Design and validate complex PCB layouts for high-voltage applications using Altium Designer
- Develop embedded firmware for real-time power monitoring systems in C/C++
- Lead EMC/EMI compliance testing and mitigation strategies for industrial equipment
- Optimize energy efficiency in renewable energy integration projects
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and design workshops
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on thermal management solutions for power electronics
- Generate detailed technical documentation and patent disclosures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics and embedded systems
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling and simulation
- Certification in IEC 62368 or UL 60950 safety standards
- Expertise in SiC/GaN semiconductor device applications
- Strong background in 3-phase power distribution systems
- Proven track record of delivering products through ISO 9001 certification
- Experience with LabVIEW and automated test environments
