Responsibilities
- Design and optimize electrical schematics for high-voltage power distribution systems
- Lead PCB layout and prototyping for embedded control modules
- Conduct rigorous circuit analysis and simulation using industry-standard tools
- Mentor junior engineers and review technical documentation
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype innovative energy storage solutions
- Ensure compliance with IEEE, UL, and NEC standards
- Present technical findings to stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics and embedded systems
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, AutoCAD Electrical, and MATLAB/Simulink
- Strong understanding of three-phase power systems and control theory
- Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept to production
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Demonstrated success in designing high-reliability systems for harsh environments
