Responsibilities
- Design and optimize power electronics for solar inverters and battery storage systems
- Lead schematic capture, PCB layout, and prototype validation for high-voltage circuits
- Perform EMC/EMI testing compliance and mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product lifecycle management
- Research emerging power semiconductor technologies
Qualifications
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Expertise in Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro
- Strong understanding of IEEE 1547 and UL 1741 standards
- Experience with three-phase power systems and grid-tied inverters
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling
- Valid PMP or PE certification preferred
