Responsibilities
- Design and optimize power distribution systems for renewable energy integration
- Lead development of embedded control systems for smart grid applications
- Perform electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance validation
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews of design documentation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics or grid infrastructure
- Expertise in PCB design using Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro
- Strong knowledge of three-phase systems and energy storage technologies
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Proficiency in Python for automation and data analysis
- Experience with SCADA systems and industrial communication protocols
- Demonstrated project leadership in energy sector implementations
