Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of complex electrical systems from concept to production.
- Perform detailed circuit analysis, simulation, and PCB layout optimization.
- Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best design practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and software engineers, to integrate system components.
- Optimize power efficiency and thermal management for high-performance hardware.
- Manage project documentation, technical reports, and design reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in electrical design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Altium Designer, Cadence, or OrCAD.
- Strong understanding of analog/digital signal processing and power electronics.
- Demonstrated expertise in embedded systems and microcontroller integration.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware failures in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
