Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and testing of complex electrical systems and power distribution networks.
- Perform comprehensive circuit analysis, simulation, and hardware prototyping to ensure system integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical hardware with software-driven control systems.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical guidance for large-scale energy infrastructure projects.
- Ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, and other international safety and quality standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical oversight during all phases of the product lifecycle.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate electrical components for cost-efficiency and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in electrical power systems or industrial control design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP, or MATLAB/Simulink.
- Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary engineering projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety protocols, power electronics, and PCB layout design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
