Responsibilities
- Design and optimize electrical power systems for aerospace applications
- Lead hardware development of PCBAs, harnesses, and embedded systems
- Perform rigorous testing and validation per DO-160 and AS9100 standards
- Mentor junior engineers and cross-functional project teams
- Research emerging technologies to enhance system reliability and efficiency
- Collaborate with mechanical and software teams for integrated solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace or high-reliability systems
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence, or similar EDA tools
- Deep understanding of EMC/EMI compliance testing methodologies
- Strong analytical skills for failure analysis and root cause resolution
- Experience with DO-254/DO-160 certification processes
