Responsibilities
- Design and optimize electrical systems for solar/wind energy projects using AutoCAD and ETAP
- Lead PCB layout and circuit design for power electronics components
- Conduct simulations and testing to ensure system reliability and compliance with IEEE standards
- Mentor junior engineers while maintaining project timelines and budget constraints
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on hardware-software integration
- Research emerging power technologies and implement industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics or renewable energy systems
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and circuit simulation tools
- Expertise in PCB design software (Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro)
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and safety standards
- Proven project management experience with hardware development lifecycle
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
