Responsibilities
- Design and simulate high-voltage power electronic circuits and systems using advanced modeling tools.
- Develop and optimize PCB layouts for high-density, high-reliability applications.
- Lead testing, validation, and verification protocols to ensure strict compliance with IEEE and IEC standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous technical reviews to drive team excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in firmware, mechanical engineering, and product management.
- Document all design specifications, schematics, and test reports in compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in power electronics or embedded systems design.
- Proficiency in CAD tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or OrCAD.
- Strong working knowledge of SPICE simulation software (LTSpice, PSpice).
- Experience with EMC/EMI compliance testing and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
