Responsibilities
- Design and optimize power electronics circuits for high-efficiency energy storage systems
- Lead PCB layout and validation for industrial-grade electrical assemblies
- Develop comprehensive test plans and conduct failure analysis for electrical components
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in design methodologies
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on integrated system architecture
- Ensure compliance with UL, IEC, and industry safety standards
- Research emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics and high-voltage systems
- Expertise in Altium Designer and Cadence Allegro for PCB design
- Strong knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink for circuit simulation and analysis
- Proven experience with thermal management and EMI/EMC compliance
- Experience leading cross-functional technical projects from concept to production
- Certification in Six Sigma or PMP highly desirable
