Responsibilities
- Design and optimize power electronics circuits for solar inverters and energy storage systems
- Lead PCB layout and validation using Altium Designer and Cadence tools
- Develop embedded firmware for real-time control systems in C/C++
- Conduct signal integrity analysis and EMI/EMC compliance testing
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in design methodologies
- Collaborate with mechanical teams for thermal management solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics design
- Expertise in SPICE simulation and MATLAB/Simulink modeling
- Proven track record with high-voltage DC systems (>1kV)
- Strong knowledge of IEC 62109 and UL 1741 safety standards
- Experience with automotive-grade AEC-Q100 components
- Professional Engineer (PE) license desirable
