Responsibilities
- Design and optimize electrical systems for high-voltage renewable energy projects
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing innovative power electronics solutions
- Conduct feasibility studies and performance analysis for grid-scale battery storage systems
- Develop comprehensive technical documentation including schematics and compliance reports
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer reviews for quality assurance
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate cutting-edge energy management systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power systems or renewable energy engineering
- Professional Engineering (PE) license required
- Expertise in AutoCAD, ETAP, and MATLAB/Simulink
- Strong knowledge of IEEE standards and NEC compliance
- Proven track record in managing large-scale electrical projects
- Experience with SCADA systems and smart grid technologies
