Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end electrical design lifecycle from concept validation to production release
- Develop and optimize PCB layouts, schematics, and firmware for embedded systems
- Conduct power analysis, signal integrity testing, and thermal simulations
- Collaborate with mechanical teams on enclosure design and EMI/EMC compliance
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in design processes
- Interface with vendors for component selection and cost optimization
- Document all designs, test procedures, and technical specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in PCB design, analog/digital circuits, and embedded systems
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar EDA tools
- Expertise in power electronics, motor control, or RF design
- Strong knowledge of IPC standards, UL/CE certification processes
- Experience leading cross-functional projects from conception to launch
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
