Responsibilities
- Design and optimize high-voltage power electronics circuits for solar inverters and energy storage systems
- Develop PCB layouts using Altium Designer and perform signal integrity analysis
- Lead prototype testing and validation of electrical systems in lab and field environments
- Create detailed technical documentation including schematics, BOMs, and test procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical designs with mechanical and software systems
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in design methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience
- Expertise in power electronics design (DC-DC converters, inverters, battery management systems)
- Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium, Cadence) and SPICE simulation
- Strong knowledge of EMC/EMI compliance standards and testing methodologies
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling and control algorithm development
- Proven track record of delivering complex electrical products from concept to production
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced R&D environments
