Responsibilities
- Design and validate PCB layouts for high-efficiency power electronics
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing embedded control systems
- Analyze and optimize electrical systems for renewable energy integration
- Conduct failure mode analysis and root cause investigations
- Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with R&D on prototype development and testing
- Ensure compliance with IEEE, UL, and industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in power electronics or embedded systems
- Proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar EDA tools
- Strong knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling
- Certification in Six Sigma or project management a plus
- Experience with automotive or aerospace industry standards
- Demonstrated problem-solving in complex electromechanical systems
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
