Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of complex PCB assemblies and embedded systems
- Develop and validate analog/digital circuitry for high-performance applications
- Perform rigorous signal integrity analysis and EMI/EMC compliance testing
- Optimize power electronics designs for efficiency and thermal management
- Mentor junior engineers through design reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate with firmware and mechanical teams for integrated solutions
- Document technical specifications and create comprehensive design documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in high-speed digital and analog circuit design
- Expert proficiency in Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or similar EDA tools
- Strong background in power electronics, motor drives, or battery systems
- Proven track record of bringing products from concept to production
- Experience with DO-160, IEC 62368, or relevant industry standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
