Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of high-voltage power systems and circuit schematics using industry-standard tools like Altium Designer and AutoCAD Electrical.
- Conduct thorough simulation analysis (SPICE, MATLAB) to validate designs and ensure compliance with IEEE and IEC safety standards.
- Prototype, test, and troubleshoot electronic hardware to optimize performance, efficiency, and manufacturability.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance during the product development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, firmware developers, and project managers to deliver products on time.
- Document all technical specifications, design reports, and testing procedures in compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce BOM costs and enhance product reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in power electronics, circuit design, or embedded systems engineering.
- Proven expertise in PCB layout, schematic capture, and firmware integration.
- Strong knowledge of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and signal integrity principles.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
