Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-voltage power distribution systems for commercial applications
- Lead PCB layout and schematic capture using Altium Designer and Cadence
- Conduct electromagnetic interference (EMI) testing and compliance validation
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and design workshops
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IoT integration and automation
- Research emerging semiconductor technologies for energy efficiency improvements
- Prepare technical documentation and patent disclosures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in power electronics or industrial automation
- Expertise in MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling and simulation
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility
- Proficiency with ISO 26262 functional safety standards
- Demonstrated experience leading projects from concept to production
- Strong background in renewable energy systems integration
- Excellent problem-solving skills with complex circuit analysis
