Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize high-voltage power systems for renewable energy applications
- Lead PCB layout and schematic capture using Altium Designer and Cadence tools
- Perform rigorous electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and compliance validation
- Mentor junior engineers while establishing best practices in electrical safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware with IoT and AI platforms
- Research emerging semiconductor technologies to drive innovation roadmap
- Document technical specifications and create comprehensive design documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience
- Expertise in power electronics, motor drives, and energy conversion systems
- Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for system modeling and simulation
- Strong knowledge of UL/IEC safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Experience with high-frequency PCB design and thermal management
- Demonstrated success in leading complex hardware projects from concept to production
